Structural guarantee up to ten years
Every villa we build carries a structural guarantee of up to ten years, covering structure and waterproofing. We are the contractor, so the guarantee is ours to honour — there is no third party to chase.
Legal and notary support
We work with established Indonesian notaries and take you through the ownership structure, the permits and the registration, so you understand exactly what you are buying before you sign.
Staged payment plans
Payments tied to construction milestones rather than the calendar, agreed before work starts. You pay for progress you can see.
